(Continued from Part 3)
With all the war, pollution, and corruption going on in our world, sometimes we forget to stop and smell the roses. Amid a busy school schedule, I found time to visit the Aquarium of the Pacific in Long Beach, CA. I’ve always been interested in aquatic organisms (having 2 myself), and this experience was simply educating and deeply fascinating. It really reminded me of the little things in our world that serve a greater purpose than we think. I highly encourage everyone to go support your local aquariums – they’re here to educate tomorrow’s generation. THEY’VE GOT THEIR OWN IPHONE APP TOO! Always a plus. Behold, more photos from such a memorable experience.
You might recognize this from a different picture. This is a shark egg.

There was a straight up little shark in there squirming. They cut the part of the egg out and replaced it with a plastic sheet so that onlookers could see activity within the egg. Genius!

Contrary to popular belief, this is NOT a hammerhead shark. It is a Bonnethead shark! Cool nonetheless.

Blue spotted ray. A grumpy looking fellow huh? Don’t worry, he gets better…

Just kidding, he stayed grouchy looking.

Olive Ridley Sea Turtle. I only saw one, which is sad because that means he/she doesn’t have any friends to play with…

Sea dragon!

I ain’t done yet!
Stay tuned for Part 5!
